Register
Registration for ACM GoodIT 2026 is handled through the official conference registration platform. Please read the author registration policy below before registering, as at least one author of each accepted paper must hold a full conference registration for the paper to appear in the programme and in the proceedings.
Registration Fees
All fees are in euro and include VAT. The early rate applies to registrations completed on or before Saturday, August 15, 2026; the late rate applies from Sunday, August 16, 2026 onwards. All items are non-refundable, subject to the cancellation policy below.

Additional Items
The following items can be added to any registration. Their price does not change after August 15, 2026.

Extra Pages
Camera-ready papers may be up to 9 pages long. Each paper may include up to 2 additional pages beyond this limit, charged at €100.00 per extra page. Full details are given in the camera-ready submission guidelines.
Author Registration Policy
Each paper must have at least one Full Conference — Author registration (ACM Professional Member or Non-Member) in order for the paper to be included in the technical programme and in the ACM proceedings. A Conference — Attendee registration does not satisfy this requirement.
One Full Conference — Author registration covers up to 2 authored papers.
The Full Conference — Author, Student rate is reserved for students with an accepted contribution to the Ph.D. or the WiP Track. This registration type does not cover papers submitted to the main or special tracks. A Full Conference — Author registration is required for papers accepted to the main or special tracks. For all other papers, the author registration must be at the ACM Professional Member or Non-Member rate.
The Conference — Attendee rate is available for those who wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper. This registration includes access to the conference. Social events are not included in this registration. Separate tickets must be purchased.
Any student registration requires valid documentation proving registered student status: a student ID card, or a letter from the Head of Department or the Director of the Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution.
What Is Included
A full conference registration includes:
- Access to all conference sessions.
- Conference materials.
- Daily refreshments and meals.
- The welcome reception.
- One ticket for the social dinner.
Additional tickets for the social events can be purchased during registration.
Cancellation Policy
The ACM Standard Cancellation Policy applies: no refunds are given except in the case of visa denial. If your visa is denied, you will be refunded the full registration amount less a $50 processing fee.
