Deadline
Update: Camera Ready Submission Deadline: The date has been Extended to July 28th, 2026 AoE
Authors of accepted papers must complete both steps described below — the ACM rights form and the upload to TAPS — by the deadline above. Please also make sure that at least one author is registered for the conference, as described on the registration page.
Page Limit and Extra Pages
Camera-ready papers may be up to 9 pages long. This limit includes everything: the author list, the references and any appendices. The final PDF must be no longer than 9 pages.
Each paper may include up to 2 extra pages beyond this limit, charged at €100.00 per extra page. Extra page charges are settled through the conference registration platform; see the registration page for details.
Step 1: ACM Rights Form
The corresponding author of each accepted paper receives an automated email from rightsreview@acm.org with a link to the ACM rights management form. This form must be completed before the paper can be uploaded to TAPS.
These messages are frequently filtered as spam, so please check your spam and junk folders if the email does not appear in your inbox.
Step 2: TAPS Upload
Once the rights form has been completed, you will receive a second email from tapsadmin@aptaracorp.awsapps.com containing instructions and a unique upload link for your paper. Use that link to upload your camera-ready source files to TAPS.
TAPS processes the submitted sources and produces the final PDF and HTML versions of the paper. Please check the generated output carefully and correct any problem before the deadline.
Preparing Your Submission
Package your camera-ready material as a single ZIP file named goodit26-<submissionID>.zip, where <submissionID> is the identifier of your paper. The archive must contain:
- A
source/folder with the LaTeX.texfile or the Word.docxfile, together with all figures and any supplementary material. - Optionally, a
pdf/folder containing a PDF copy of the manuscript.
File names must contain only letters, numbers, dashes and underscores.
LaTeX and Word Notes
LaTeX authors
- Include in your source the rights text and commands provided by the completed ACM rights form.
- Do not include
acmart.clsin the archive: TAPS supplies its own copy of the class file.
Word authors
- Use the ACM Submission Template with the Master Template attached.
- Validate the document with the ACM Manuscript Validation Tool before uploading.
